01. Fulfillment

Orders are curated and processed from our central hub in Pakistan. You will receive a serialized tracking identification via email once the dispatch protocol is initiated. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier system to synchronize.

02. Customs & Duties

International transit may be subject to local import taxes and duties. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fiscal requirements and cannot predict their amount.

03. Returns

We maintain a 30-day window for returns of unworn, unaltered pieces. To initiate a return, contact our support division. Return logistics costs are managed by the client unless the item is found to be defective.
