Our pieces run S to XXL and are cut for a relaxed, oversized-leaning fit — hoodies in particular sit roomier than a standard fit. Each product page lists only the sizes actually in stock, along with the measurements we have for that garment. If you are between sizes or want a measurement we have not published, email contact@hushhood.store before you order.

Not right? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Faulty or wrong items are replaced free. Customers cover return shipping on non-faulty items. Email contact@hushhood.store with your order number to start one.
Yes — if the size or colour is not right, email contact@hushhood.store with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges depend on the replacement being in stock, so get in touch as soon as you can.
Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colours, and skip the fabric softener — it coats fleece and flattens the pile. Line dry in shade rather than tumble drying, which is what causes shrinkage and shortened cuffs. Iron on low, avoiding any printed or embroidered area.
